The Flue Gas Emissions
The flue gas emission index is superior to the National Domestic Waste Incineration Pollutant Control
Standard (GB18485-2), GB18485-2014. Automatic monitoring equipment were installed for pollution sources, and electronic screens were set up in prominent locations of the plant to disclose real-time smoke emission data. (GB18485-2014)
The stink, methane and sludge produced in the process will be sent to the incinerator for incineration.
Stink, Methane and Sludge
The leachate treatment system developed by SUS is utilized, and then the leachate is put into the cooling circulation system of the plant for utilization, so as to realize zero discharge and full reuse of leachate.
Slag and Fly Ash
Slag can be used for building materials, filling and paving bricks after removing iron.
The self-developed heavy metal chelating agent "Fulaixi" can firmly lock the harmful substances in the fly ash, and the treated fly ash will be safely buried in the landfill.
Noise pollution can be reduced by selecting low noise and vibration reduction equipment, installing sound insulation doors, windows and mufflers, and strengthening plant greening.
SUS obtained ISO 14001 environmental management system certification to prevent secondary pollution in the production process. By October 2019, SUS has acquired more than 40 WtE PPP projects, and handled 70,000 tons of household waste per day.
SUS handles about 225 million tons of waste per year.
Green Power Generation
About 10 billion KW of green electricity are generated which can meet the annual electricity needs of 6.9 million households.
Reduce Carbon Emissions
It could reduce carbon emissions by about 17 million tons per year, equivalent to 18 billion square meters of forest land absorbing CO2 annually.
